Warranty:
1-year installation warranty on tile adhesion and grout lines. Shower installs include waterproofing warranty if we install the full membrane system. Does not cover impact damage or cracks due to shifting foundation or subfloor.
Tile size & shape (large format, mosaic, hex, subway, etc.). Pattern complexity (straight lay, diagonal, herringbone, etc.). Surface prep required (cracks, uneven slab, demo old flooring). Substrate (backer board, waterproof membrane, etc.). Grout type (sanded, unsanded, epoxy).
What’s included in the price

- Subfloor leveling or repair
- Demolition/removal of existing floor or tile
- Shower waterproofing membrane (adds $2 – $4 per sq. ft.)

- Layout planning for even cuts and spacing
- Cutting and installing tile with thin-set mortar
